“Weekly Photo Challenge:Dinnertime 2”


Soup made up water leaf or bitter leaf mixed with Melon. Spiced with beef or fish. Called  ‘egusi’ in Yoruba  side.
Could be taken with rice, semovita, gari, amala(yam flour) laafun (cassava flour). Pounded yam, akpu or fufu from cassava. Common in the South South and Southeast. Could be served for lunch  or dinner.
